買過的追加樂曲不見了／還是鎖著
請到主選單的「商店」→「追加樂曲」，按「恢復購買」。請確認 iPhone／iPad 登入的是當初購買時的 Apple ID。
如果是「等待核准中」（家長同意購買），家長核准後就會自動解鎖。
換新手機時，怎麼把存檔搬過去？
用 iCloud 或電腦備份整台裝置、再還原到新手機的話，存檔會一起搬過去。
也可以手動搬：在舊手機打開「設定」→「存檔備份」→「匯出」，把存檔碼存到「檔案」或傳給自己；在新手機打開「設定」→「存檔備份」→「匯入」，貼上存檔碼。
買過的追加樂曲不在存檔裡，請在新手機用同一個 Apple ID 按「恢復購買」。
按的時機總是差一點（藍牙耳機會延遲）
藍牙耳機的聲音會晚一點才傳到耳朵。遊戲會分開記住「喇叭／有線」和「藍牙」兩種時機：請到「設定」→「判定校正」，先切換成你現在用的那一種，再按「手動校正」，跟著節拍點幾下就會調整好；也可以用左右箭頭微調。
第一次玩時，新手教學偵測到時機穩定偏晚，也會自動幫你調整；結算畫面若發現時機一直偏早或偏晚，會詢問要不要一鍵修正。
用手機喇叭或有線耳機的延遲最小。
沒有聲音
- 按 iPhone／iPad 側邊的音量鍵把音量調大。
- 到「設定」確認「音樂」和「音效」的音量不是 0。
- 本遊戲在靜音模式下也會有聲音。如果剛剛有來電或 Siri 中斷，點一下畫面就會恢復。
- 確認聲音沒有被送到其他藍牙裝置。
沒有震動
震動（觸覺回饋）預設是關閉的，想要的話請到「設定」把「震動」打開。只有 iPhone 支援，iPad 沒有震動功能。
想要退款
App Store 的購買由 Apple 處理，我們無法直接退款。請到 reportaproblem.apple.com 向 Apple 申請。

購入した追加楽曲が消えた／ロックされたまま
メインメニューの「ショップ」→「追加楽曲」で「購入を復元」を押してください。iPhone／iPad に、購入時と同じ Apple ID でサインインしているかご確認ください。
「承認待ち」（保護者の承認による購入）の場合は、保護者が承認すると自動で解放されます。
機種変更のとき、セーブデータを移すには？
iCloud やパソコンで端末全体をバックアップし、新しい端末に復元すると、セーブデータも一緒に移ります。
手動で移すこともできます。古い端末で「せってい」→「セーブのバックアップ」→「書き出し」を押し、セーブコードを「ファイル」に保存するか自分に送ります。新しい端末で「せってい」→「セーブのバックアップ」→「読み込み」を押し、セーブコードを貼り付けてください。
購入済みの追加楽曲はセーブデータに含まれません。新しい端末で同じ Apple ID のまま「購入を復元」を押してください。
タイミングがいつも少しずれる（Bluetooth イヤホンの遅延）
Bluetooth イヤホンは音が少し遅れて届きます。本ゲームは「スピーカー／有線」と「Bluetooth」のタイミングを別々に記憶します。「せってい」→「タイミング調整」で今使っている方に切り替えてから「手動補正」を押し、リズムに合わせて数回タップすると調整されます。左右の矢印で微調整もできます。
初めて遊ぶときは、チュートリアルでタイミングが安定して遅れていると自動で調整します。リザルト画面でずっと早い／遅い傾向が見つかった場合も、ワンタップで直すか確認します。
本体のスピーカーや有線イヤホンがいちばん遅延が少なくなります。
音が出ない
- iPhone／iPad 側面の音量ボタンで音量を上げてください。
- 「せってい」で「BGM」と「効果音」の音量が 0 になっていないかご確認ください。
- 本ゲームはマナーモード（消音）中も音が出ます。着信や Siri で中断された直後は、画面をタップすると元に戻ります。
- 音声がほかの Bluetooth 機器に送られていないかご確認ください。
バイブ（振動）がない
バイブ（触覚フィードバック）は初期設定ではオフです。使う場合は「せってい」で「バイブ」をオンにしてください。iPhone のみ対応で、iPad には振動機能がありません。
返金してほしい
App Store での購入は Apple が処理しているため、当方から直接返金することはできません。reportaproblem.apple.com から Apple にお申し込みください。

A song pack I bought is missing or still locked
Go to Shop → Song Packs from the main menu and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure your iPhone or iPad is signed in with the same Apple ID you used to buy it.
If it says it's waiting for approval (Ask to Buy), it unlocks automatically once the parent approves.
How do I move my save to a new phone?
If you back up your whole device with iCloud or a computer and restore it to the new phone, your save comes along.
You can also move it by hand: on the old phone, open Settings → Save Backup → Export and save the code to Files or send it to yourself. On the new phone, open Settings → Save Backup → Import and paste the code.
Purchased song packs aren't part of the save. On the new phone, tap Restore Purchases using the same Apple ID.
My timing always feels a little off (Bluetooth headphones lag)
Bluetooth headphones play sound slightly late. The Game remembers a separate timing for "Speaker / wired" and "Bluetooth": go to Settings → Timing offset, switch to the one you're using, then tap Manual Calibrate and tap along with the beat a few times. You can also fine-tune it with the left and right arrows.
On your first play, the tutorial adjusts the timing automatically if you're consistently late. If the results screen notices you're always early or late, it offers a one-tap fix.
The built-in speaker or wired headphones have the least delay.
There's no sound
- Turn up the volume with the buttons on the side of your iPhone or iPad.
- In Settings, check that Music and Sound aren't set to 0.
- The Game plays sound even in silent mode. Right after a call or Siri interrupts, tap the screen to bring the sound back.
- Check that audio isn't going to another Bluetooth device.
There's no vibration
Vibration (haptic feedback) is off by default. To use it, turn on Vibration in Settings. It works on iPhone only; iPad has no vibration hardware.
