簡單來說：我們不收集你的個人資料。遊戲的設定與成績只存在你的裝置上，我們看不到。購買由 Apple 處理，我們不會取得你的付款資訊。
1. 適用範圍
本政策適用於 Arc Concept Games（以下稱「我們」）開發的 iOS／iPadOS 遊戲 App《節奏大王燒》（以下稱「本遊戲」）。
2. 我們不收集個人資料
- 本遊戲不需要註冊帳號，也不會要求你提供姓名、電子郵件、電話等資料。
- 本遊戲沒有廣告，也沒有使用分析、追蹤或廣告相關的第三方工具。
- 本遊戲不會連線到我們的伺服器（我們沒有任何接收資料的伺服器），也不會追蹤你在其他 App 或網站上的活動。
3. 存在你裝置上的資料
為了讓遊戲正常運作，以下資料只會存在你的裝置上：
- 設定（音量、語言、判定校正等）
- 遊玩紀錄與成績（最高分、獎章、節奏分析、成就、遊戲幣、商店收藏）
- 已購買的追加樂曲（用來在離線時也能遊玩）
這些資料不會傳送給我們。存檔會另外備份在 App 自己的資料夾中，可能會隨你的 iCloud 或電腦裝置備份一起保存，這部分由 Apple 依其隱私權政策處理。刪除 App 即可刪除所有存檔。你也可以在遊戲的「設定 → 存檔備份」自行匯出存檔碼。
4. App 內購買
追加樂曲的付款完全由 Apple 的 App Store 處理。我們不會收到你的信用卡、付款資訊或 Apple ID。本遊戲只會向 App Store 查詢「你擁有哪些追加樂曲」，用來在你的裝置上解鎖內容。Apple 如何處理你的資料，請參閱 Apple 隱私權政策。
5. 分享與剪貼簿
- 只有在你按下「分享」時，本遊戲才會產生成績圖並叫出系統的分享選單。分享到哪裡由你決定，接收的 App 或服務適用其本身的隱私權政策。
- 在「存檔備份」中按下匯出時，本遊戲會把存檔碼寫入剪貼簿；按下匯入時，會讀取剪貼簿中的存檔碼。剪貼簿的內容不作其他用途。
6. 兒童
本遊戲適合所有年齡，不會收集任何人的個人資料，包括兒童。
7. 政策變更
如果本政策有所變更，我們會更新本頁面與上方的生效日期。

本ポリシーは、Arc Concept Games（以下「当方」）が開発した iOS／iPadOS 向けゲームアプリ『リズム大王焼』（以下「本ゲーム」）に適用されます。

- 本ゲームはアカウント登録が不要で、氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号などの入力を求めません。
- 本ゲームには広告がなく、解析・トラッキング・広告に関する第三者ツールも使用していません。
- 本ゲームが当方のサーバーに接続することはなく（データを受け取るサーバー自体がありません）、他のアプリやウェブサイトでのお客様の行動を追跡することもありません。
3. 端末内に保存されるデータ
ゲームを動作させるため、以下のデータはお客様の端末内にのみ保存されます。
- 設定（音量、言語、タイミング調整など）
- プレイ記録と成績（ハイスコア、メダル、リズム分析、実績、ゲーム内コイン、ショップのコレクション）
- 購入済みの追加楽曲（オフラインでも遊べるようにするため）
これらのデータが当方に送信されることはありません。セーブデータのバックアップファイルはアプリ専用のフォルダに保存され、iCloud やパソコンによる端末バックアップに含まれる場合があります。この部分は Apple のプライバシーポリシーに従って取り扱われます。アプリを削除すると、すべてのセーブデータが削除されます。ゲーム内の「せってい → セーブのバックアップ」からセーブコードを書き出すこともできます。
4. アプリ内課金
追加楽曲のお支払いはすべて Apple の App Store が処理します。当方がクレジットカード情報、お支払い情報、Apple ID を受け取ることはありません。本ゲームは、端末上でコンテンツを解放するために「どの追加楽曲を所有しているか」を App Store に問い合わせるだけです。Apple によるデータの取り扱いについては Apple のプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。
5. シェアとクリップボード
- 「シェア」を押したときにのみ、本ゲームは成績画像を作成し、システムの共有メニューを表示します。共有先はお客様が選択し、共有先のアプリやサービスにはそれぞれのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。
- 「セーブのバックアップ」で書き出しを押すと、セーブコードをクリップボードにコピーします。読み込みを押すと、クリップボードのセーブコードを読み取ります。クリップボードの内容をそれ以外の目的に使用することはありません。
6. お子さまについて
本ゲームはすべての年齢の方にお楽しみいただけます。お子さまを含め、どなたの個人情報も収集しません。

本ポリシーを変更する場合は、本ページと上記の施行日を更新します。

1. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS/iPadOS game app Tap King Yaki developed by Arc Concept Games ("we", "the Game").
2. We don't collect personal data
- The Game doesn't require an account and never asks for your name, email address, phone number, or similar information.
- The Game has no ads and uses no third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising tools.
- The Game never connects to our servers (we don't run any server that receives data), and we don't track your activity in other apps or websites.
3. Data stored on your device
To make the Game work, the following data is stored only on your device:
- Settings (volume, language, timing offset, and so on)
- Play history and scores (high scores, medals, rhythm analysis, achievements, in-game coins, shop collection)
- Song packs you've purchased (so you can play them offline)
This data is never sent to us. A backup copy of your save is kept in the app's own folder and may be included in your iCloud or computer device backups, which Apple handles under its privacy policy. Deleting the app deletes all saved data. You can also export a save code yourself from Settings → Save Backup.
4. In-app purchases
Payments for song packs are handled entirely by Apple's App Store. We never receive your credit card, payment details, or Apple ID. The Game only asks the App Store which song packs you own, so it can unlock them on your device. For how Apple handles your data, see the Apple Privacy Policy.
5. Sharing and the clipboard
- Only when you tap "Share" does the Game create a score image and open the system share sheet. You choose where to share it, and the receiving app or service applies its own privacy policy.
- When you tap Export in Save Backup, the Game copies your save code to the clipboard. When you tap Import, it reads a save code from the clipboard. The clipboard is not used for anything else.
6. Children
The Game is suitable for all ages and does not collect personal data from anyone, including children.
